My clinic is located at:

I bring over 30 years of experience in manual therapy, Classical Chinese Medicine, Tibetan Buddhist practice, and Asian healing traditions into every session. My work is grounded, precise, and deeply integrative—blending hands-on treatment, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, traditional energy medicine, and embodied mindfulness to support meaningful, lasting healing.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, navigating chronic pain, or looking to deepen your connection with your body, I meet you where you are and work with the inherent intelligence of your system.
Manual Therapy
I use precise, clinically informed hands-on techniques to support postural alignment, injury recovery, and improved performance. This work is especially effective for chronic pain and acute conditions, helping your body return to its natural balance as efficiently as possible.
Shiatsu Therapy
Through traditional Asian bodywork, I work with the flow of Qi to restore balance, build resilience, and support your overall health. Sessions are both deeply relaxing and therapeutically focused, addressing patterns before they become more serious issues.
Body-Centered Therapy (Virtual Only)
This is a somatic approach to working with trauma, stress, and chronic pain. I guide you through awareness-based practices, gentle movement, and deep listening to the body—helping you access and release held patterns while building a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Embodied Life Coaching (Virtual Only)
This work goes beyond mindset. Together, we explore your life through the lens of the body—integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and principles from Asian medicine to help you move through emotional blocks and reconnect with clarity, direction, and purpose.
Health Consultations (Virtual Only)
I offer personalized guidance based on decades of clinical experience. We look at the root causes of what you’re experiencing and develop practical, sustainable strategies to support your health—whether you’re dealing with something acute or long-standing.
