About

With over 30 years in the healing arts, I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing tension, and restoring a sense of balance. At the core of my work is a simple belief: your body already knows how to heal. My role is to help you access that capacity—by offering the right support, clarity, and tools at the right time.

My approach weaves together Classical Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, along with other modalities I’ve trained in over decades of practice. Each session is an opportunity not just to address symptoms, but to shift underlying patterns—whether those show up as physical pain, emotional holding, or a general sense of disconnection. I see my work as collaborative: you are not a passive recipient of treatment, but an active participant in your own healing process.

My training has been shaped by both clinical study and direct lineage teachings. I studied tuina (Chinese manual therapy) at the Rising Sun School of Somatic Arts in Toronto, apprenticed in acupuncture and herbal medicine through the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and trained in Tao Shiatsu with Ryokyu Endo Sensei, a direct lineage holder. I am currently continuing my studies in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies with Anna Chitty, deepening my understanding of the body’s inherent rhythms and how they guide healing and transformation.

In addition to hands-on work, I offer a range of online services:

Body-Centered Therapy
A somatic and mindful approach to working with trauma, stress, and emotional holding. This work helps you reconnect with your body’s intelligence, allowing for deep, lasting change.

Life Coaching
Support in aligning your daily life with what truly matters to you. Together, we explore patterns, choices, and possibilities that open the way to greater health, clarity, and fulfillment.

Health Consultations
Practical, personalized guidance to address the root causes of pain and imbalance. Drawing on decades of clinical experience, I help you develop strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

My work is also deeply informed by over 40 years of meditation and martial arts practice, including more than 30 years of Tai Chi and Qigong. These disciplines continue to shape how I understand movement, energy, and the relationship between body and mind. I teach in the tradition of Sifu Fong Ha, integrating these principles into both my therapeutic work and my approach to personal development.

Whether we work together in person or online, my intention is to help you develop a deeper relationship with your body and yourself—one that supports resilience, clarity, and meaningful, lasting change.
